
Challenge
We were challenged to take a fresh look at the Betadine brand and refresh its communication.
It was important to convey the message that Betadine, in addition to disinfecting as we all know, also helps with healing.
Idea
We chose to create a key visual based on the brand’s already iconic packaging colours familiar to all of us since childhood and introduce them in a more contemporary mood.
“Disinfected. Healed. Solved.
One solution for the same wound.”
Showing that Betadine, beyond disinfecting, when applied daily helps heal the wound until it completely disappears, making it a highly effective solution for the whole family.
Results
Greater visibility at the point of sale led to an increase in brand awareness. A younger target audience was able to engage with the brand in a more natural way, sparking interest and driving increased demand for the products both among consumers and pharmacies.
